PrimPlot is a platform where Second Life users can discover, list, and manage virtual land and rentals. We provide verified property details, clean search filters, and tools that make buying, selling, or renting land easier.

No. Anyone can browse and explore available properties. An account is only required if you want to list land or manage your saved properties.

No. All listings belong to individual landowners or estate managers. PrimPlot only provides the marketplace and verification tools.

Each listing includes the landowner’s in-world contact or group information. Once you find a parcel you like, teleport to the location, review the land details in Second Life, and complete the purchase directly by contacting the property owner in-world.

Most listings are verified using our in-world object system, which pulls the region name, parcel size, prim count, and ownership data directly from Second Life. In some cases, owners may also update certain information manually.

We strongly encourage you to visit the property in-world and verify the details for yourself. If you have any questions, you may contact the property owner directly.

If you find any misleading or incorrect listings, please report them to us.

Yes, many landowners accept offers, especially on larger properties. Use the owner’s contact information on the listing to reach out and negotiate directly.

Please note that PrimPlot does not own any properties. We are a platform provider only - all properties are listed and managed by their respective owners.

Some property data is pulled directly from your Second Life parcel and cannot be changed or edited. This is done for security purposes and to prevent fraudulent activity and fake listings.

The following fields are locked and cannot be modified:

• Land size (m²)

• Prim capacity

• Region name

• Owner name

• Maturity rating

• Coordinates (SLURL)

• Owner UUID

Yes. Each parcel can be verified separately, and you can manage all of them from your dashboard. Property owners can list full regions, homesteads, and mainland parcels without limitations.

Simply rez the Property Verifier on each property and click List Now. The system will verify ownership and, upon successful verification, create a draft listing. That draft will appear in your dashboard under My Listings, where you can edit the details and add additional information.

If you have multiple properties, you can quickly teleport to each one and click List Now. Once all properties appear in your dashboard as drafts, you can edit and finalize them one by one.

We do not charge any fees to buyers.

No. PrimPlot does not take commission, processing fees, or percentage cuts from any in-world transactions. All payments happen directly between users inside Second Life.

If you renew the same plan before it expires, your subscription time will be extended automatically. Your remaining time won't be wasted - we'll add the new duration on top of what you have left.

For example: You have a Pro Plan that expires on January 10th (10 days remaining). If you purchase the Pro Plan again on December 31st, your new expiry date will be February 9th. You get the full benefit: 10 days remaining + 30 new days = 40 days total. All your active listings continue working without interruption.

1. Set the listing object to the parcel's group:

   • Right-click the listing object
   • Select "Edit" → "General" tab
   • Check "Set to group" and select the same group that owns the land

2. Wear the group tag:

   • Activate the group tag that owns the parcel
   • This is only required during initial setup
   • You can change your tag back after verification completes

3. Complete verification:

   • The listing object will automatically verify ownership
   • You'll see a confirmation message when successful
   • Once verified, you no longer need to wear the group tag

Note: If verification fails, the object will check automatically every 2 minutes. Make sure both the object is set to the correct group AND you're wearing that group's tag during the initial verification.

Yes. To auto-verify a parcel, you’ll rez the PrimPlot verification object on your land. It gathers the region name, parcel size, prims, and ownership details automatically. Get it from the main office.

Most updates appear instantly, but occasionally the viewer or server may cache old data. Pick up and rez the verification object again, or click "List Now" refresh option to force a new scan.and listing.
